                                  Guest capacity:  100 persons on main floor, 49 persons in basement

                                  Seating:  73 metal folding chairs, 60 wooden theater seats, total 133

                                  Tables:  5 folding cafeteria

                                  Other amenities:  raised stage, hardwood dancefloor, basement kitchen for serving

                                                            only (not for food preparation), large concrete patio area

                                  Parking for 75 vehicles

Rental rate is $200 Monday through Thursday and $300 Friday through Sunday for noon until 10 PM.  A $200.00 damage and key deposit is also required on the day of the event.  Half day, hourly or recurring rentals are available:  Grange Rental Rates.xls   See the calendar below to determine date availabilty.
